Alabama: Alabama submitted its plan to the U.S. Department of Education October 12, 2017. In a letter dated December 13, 2017, the U.S. Department of Education requested more information.

Alaska: Alaska submitted its plan to the U.S. Department of Education September 18, 2017. In a letter dated December 15, 2017, the U.S. Department of Education requested more information.

Arizona: The U.S. Department of Education approved Arizona’s plan.

Arkansas: The U.S. Department of Education approved Arkansas’s plan.

California: California submitted its plan to the U.S. Department of Education September 18, 2017. At the request of the U.S. Department of Education, California submitted revisions in January 2018.

Colorado: The U. S. Department of Education approved Colorado’s plan.

Connecticut:  The U.S. Department of Education approved Connecticut’s plan.

Delaware: The U.S. Department of Education approved Delaware’s plan.

District of Columbia:The U.S. Department of Education approved the District of Columbia’s plan.

Florida: Florida submitted its plan to the U.S. Department of Education September 20, 2017. Based on feedback from the U.S. Department of Education, Florida has requested more time to finalize its plan.

Georgia: The U.S. Department of Education approved Georgia’s plan.

Hawaii: The U.S. Department of Education approved Hawaii’s plan.

Idaho: The U.S. Department of Education approved Idaho’s plan.

Illinois: The U.S. Department of Education approved Illinois’ plan.

Indiana: The U.S. Department of Education approved Indiana’s plan.

Iowa: Iowa submitted its plan to the U.S. Department of Education September 18, 2017.  Based on feedback from the U.S. Department of Education, the Iowa Department of Education is revising Iowa’s plan and expects to re-submit it by March 1.

Kansas: The U.S. Department of Education approved Kansas’s plan.

Kentucky: Kentucky submitted its plan to the U.S. Department of Education September 24, 2017. Based on feedback from the U.S. Department of Education, Kentucky has requested more time to finalize its plan.

Louisiana:The U.S. Department of Education approved Louisiana’s plan.

Maine:  The U.S. Department of Education approved Maine’s plan.

Maryland: The U.S. Department of Education approved Maryland’s plan.

Massachusetts: The U.S. Department of Education approved Massachusetts’ plan.

Michigan: The U.S. Department of Education approved Michigan’s plan.

Minnesota: The U.S. Department of Education approved Minnesota’s plan.

Mississippi: The U.S. Department of Education approved Mississippi’s plan.

Missouri: The U.S. Department of Education approved Missouri’s plan.

Montana: The U.S. Department of Education approved Montana’s plan.

Nebraska: Nebraska submitted its plan to the U.S. Department of Education September 22, 2017. Based on feedback from the U.S. Department of Education, Nebraska submitted a revised plan on January 19, 2018.

Nevada: The U.S. Department of Education approved Nevada’s plan.

New Hampshire:  The U.S. Department of Education approved New Hampshire’s plan.

New Jersey: The U.S. Department of Education approved New Jersey’s plan.

New Mexico: The U.S. Department of Education approved New Mexico’s plan.

New York: The U.S. Department of Education approved New York’s plan.

North Carolina: North Carolina submitted its plan to the U.S. Department of Education September 18, 2017. Based on the response letter received from the U.S. Department of Education, North Carolina submitted a revised plan February 9, 2018.

North Dakota: The U.S. Department of Education approved North Dakota’s plan.

Ohio: The U.S. Department of Education approved Ohio’s plan.

Oklahoma: Oklahoma submitted its plan to the U.S. Department of Education September 18, 2017. Based on feedback from the U.S. Department of Education, Oklahoma has requested more time to finalize its plan.

Oregon: The U.S. Department of Education approved Oregon’s plan.

Pennsylvania: The U.S. Department of Education approved Pennsylvania’s plan.

Rhode Island: The U.S. Department of Education approved Rhode Island’s plan.

South Carolina: South Carolina submitted its plan October 13, 2017. Based on the feedback letter received from the U.S. Department of Education, South Carolina submitted a revised plan March 29, 2018.

South Dakota: The U.S. Department of Education approved South Dakota’s plan.

Tennessee: The U.S. Department of Education approved Tennessee’s plan.

Texas: The U.S. Department of Education approved Texas’s plan.

Utah: Utah submitted its plan to the U.S. Department of Education September 18, 2017. In a letter dated December 1, 2017, the U.S. Department of Education requested more information.

Vermont: The U.S. Department of Education approved Vermont’s plan.

Virginia: Virginia submitted its plan to the U.S. Department of Education September 26, 2017. Based on the feedback letter received from the U.S. Department of Education, Virginia submitted a revised plan on February 5, 2018.

Washington: The U.S. Department of Education approved Washington’s plan.

West Virginia:  The U.S. Department of Education approved West Virginia’s plan.

Wisconsin: The U.S. Department of Education approved Wisconsin’s plan.

Wyoming: The U.S. Department of Education approved Wyoming’s plan.
